Jimmy Wittenmyer - 2011 Ford F-250

On September 18th I traded my 2018 F150 in for a 2011 F250. Every person I spoke with there cared about my visit. The saleman Matt, was a perfect example of how a sales dept should run. Any questions, he was there to answer them. There are problems with the truck currently, but, this dealership is bending over backwards to get it all resolved at no charge to me. Yesterday, i had one of the intercooler pipes blow apart. i sent matt a message and he immediately grabbed one off another 6.7 powerstroke, and brought it out to me 2 hrs away! please find me another dealership and sales team that would do that! i would send anyone here to buy or trade vehicles just for the way they treat people. keep doing what youre doing ladies and gents at IVAG, because your business is second to none!
