Frank Taylor - Owner

Frank is the owner and CEO of Illinois Valley Auto Group and a proud third-generation car dealer in the Illinois Valley. He loves running the business for many reasons—but especially because it gives him the chance to share his knowledge of the car industry with his family and provide the community with quality pre-owned vehicles at a great price. His passion for cars doesn’t stop at work—on the weekends, you’ll find him wrenching on vehicles or enjoying time at Silver Lake.

Terri Taylor - Owner

Terri is married to Frank and is the proud mom of three kids—who all work together at Illinois Valley Auto Group! She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, focusing on accounting and title work in the office. When she’s not at the dealership, she loves spending time at home watching her grandson, Tex. One of her greatest hopes is to pass down her love and knowledge of the car business to the next generation.

Evan Taylor - Service Manager

Evan has been with Illinois Valley Auto Group for 13 years, and his favorite part of the job is getting to work alongside his family every day. Outside of work, he enjoys working on his pre-runner and hitting the sand for some off-road fun. When he’s not in the garage, you’ll find him relaxing at home with his wife Ellie, their son, and their two cats.

Morgan Taylor - Office Manager

Morgan has been part of Illinois Valley Auto Group since 2016. One of her favorite parts of the job is getting to work with her parents and siblings every day. She manages the dealership’s social media and loves helping customers however she can. When she’s off the clock, you’ll usually find her hanging out with her boyfriend or trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

Cailey Taylor - Assistant Office Manager

Cailey was practically born into the family business and has been part of Illinois Valley Auto Group since she could walk. She loves buying cars and learning all the ins and outs of running the dealership. When she’s not at work, you’ll probably find her out at the dunes with friends or baking at home with her boyfriend and their two cats.

David Kilanowski - Assistant Service Manager

DJ has been the Service Manager at Illinois Valley Auto Group since 2021 and brings over 13 years of experience in the automotive industry. He’s passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, DJ enjoys spending time with his kids, playing video games, and hanging out with his wife.

Nick Benson - Sales Manager

Nick has been with Illinois Valley Auto Group since 2019, leading the sales team with experience and dedication. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him relaxing in his backyard or out at the campground, spending quality time with family and friends.

Adan Ruiz - Sales Representative

Adan has been part of the Illinois Valley Auto Group team for years. He’s fluent in both Spanish and English, which helps him connect with a diverse range of customers. He takes pride in helping people find the perfect car for their needs—no matter their budget.

Kat Shell - Sales Representative

Kat has been with Illinois Valley Auto Group since 2022. She loves the family atmosphere and enjoys working alongside such a great team. When she’s not at the dealership, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and their greyhounds, or out camping, traveling, and cooking up something delicious.

Rose Nave - Sales Representative

Rose is back at Illinois Valley Auto Group and loving every minute of it. She enjoys helping people find their perfect ride and making the car-buying experience a great one. When she’s not at the dealership, she’s spending time with her husband and their two amazing daughters.

Todd Spayer - Sales Representative

Todd has been helping customers find the perfect vehicle for over 25 years. He takes pride in matching people with cars that fit both their needs and their budget. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Denise and their son Elijah—who keeps him busy with all his activities! Todd also loves watching wrestling and taking road trips to charming little towns.

Aaron Bernstein - Sales Representative

Aaron has been part of the Illinois Valley Auto Group family for two years, and nothing makes him happier than helping customers find the perfect ride. When he’s not on the lot, you’ll likely find him catching a movie, trying out new restaurants, or spending time with his girlfriend.

Galdino Martinez - Detailing Technician

Galdino has been detailing vehicles at Illinois Valley Auto Group since 2009. He takes great pride in keeping every car looking its best. Outside of work, he enjoys going on walks through town with his granddaughter and relaxing at home with his family.

Jorge Martinez - Detailing Technician

Jorge has been part of the Illinois Valley Auto Group team since 2018, working alongside his dad and learning the ropes of the family business. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his family and friends.

Juan Martinez - Detailing Technician

Juan has been with Illinois Valley Auto Group since 2022. He enjoys being part of the team and helping keep things running smoothly in the detail shop. Outside of work, his favorite things to do are go fishing and relax at home with his wife and kids.

David Antle - Service Technician

David has been with Illinois Valley Auto Group since the very beginning, working as a wholesale and retail mechanic. He’s played an important role in helping the company grow in the Illinois Valley. On weekends, he enjoys grilling and spending time with his family and friends.

Mike Antle - Service Technician

Mike has been with Illinois Valley Auto Group for “many, many moons.” His favorite part of the job is working alongside a fun team and getting to do what he loves: fixing cars. When he’s not at the shop, you’ll find him hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, or working on his own cars and motorcycles.

Todd Thiele - Service Technician

Todd loves being part of the Illinois Valley Auto Group team. He enjoys working on all kinds of vehicles and having fun with his coworkers in the shop. Outside of work, you’ll find him doing racecar stuff or spending quality time with his wife and kids.

Dave Foster - Service Technician

Dave has been with Illinois Valley Auto Group since 2017, working in the service department with a specialty in diesel trucks. In his free time, he loves spending time outdoors with his wife and their three kids—whether that’s riding dirt bikes or off-roading in their Jeeps.

Eric Cortez - Service Technician

Eric has been part of the Illinois Valley Auto Group service department for four years. He enjoys servicing and maintaining a variety of makes and models that come through the shop each day. When he’s off the clock, Eric loves spending time with his family and friends, grilling out, taking his kids to the park, and working on his K24 Honda engine. Ever since earning his Associate of Applied Science in Automotive Technology, he’s been living out his dream of working on all kinds of vehicles.

Nolan Loch - Service Technician

Nolan has been part of the Illinois Valley Auto Group service department since 2021. He enjoys the variety of vehicles he gets to work on every day. When he’s not at the shop, Nolan loves off-roading in his Jeep and spending time with his family and friends.

Ashton Lyons - Service Technician

Ashton has been with Illinois Valley Auto Group since 2022. He enjoys learning and growing in his career every day. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him riding street bikes with his brother or racing dirt bikes with his little cousin.

Tyler Lyons - Service Technician

Tyler joined Illinois Valley Auto Group in 2024 and enjoys learning new things about vehicles while continuing to grow his skills. Outside of work, he loves riding his motorcycle and bowfishing on the river.
