Frank Taylor - Owner

Frank is the owner and CEO of Illinois Valley Auto Group. He is a third generation business owner and car dealer in the Illinois Valley. He enjoys owning Illinois Valley Auto Group for many reasons but mostly because he gets to teach his family about the car business and provide people with quality pre-owned cars at a great price. His passion for vehicles continues on the weekends where he is either working on his personal vehicles or having fun at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes! 

Terri Taylor - Owner

Terri has been married to Frank for 26 years and has three children who all work together at Illinois Valley Auto Group. She works as the Office Manager and concentrates most her time on accounting and title work. At home she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She hopes to pass on all her knowledge of the car business to her three children. 

Morgan Taylor - Office Manager

My name is Morgan, and I have been working at Illinois Valley Auto Group since 2016. I love my job because I get to work with my parents and siblings every day. I manage our social media accounts and help our customers however I can. I absolutely love the color pink and spending time with my cat Raya. When I'm not at work, you can probably find me at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes riding my UTV, cooking in my kitchen, or hanging out at the track with my boyfriend. I have a passion for cars and customer service, and I enjoy helping the family business grow!

Cailey Taylor - Assistant Office Manager

My name is Cailey and I have been working at the dealership since 2018. I enjoy the process of buying car for our inventory and managing our social media accounts. My love for cars started at a young age work with my dad Frank, in our garage. When I'm not at the dealership, you can find me working on my off-road truck, spending time with my two cats, and going to the Silverlake Sand Dunes with my friends. Owning and driving different vehicles has always been a passion of mine and I'm excited to share that with our customers every day.

Adan Ruiz - Sales Representative

My name is Adan. and I have been helping people find their dream vehicles for years. Ever since I was a kid, I have had a passion for fast cars and all things automotive. In my free time, I enjoy going to car shows, working on my own project cars, and hanging out with family and friends. I speak both Spanish and English fluently, which helps me assist the diverse customers who walk through the doors. Helping people find the perfect car for their needs and budget is the most rewarding part of my job. Kat Shell - Sales Representative

My name is Kat Shell and I am a sales professional here at Illinois Valley Auto Group. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and pursuing my creative hobbies like painting and cooking on the Blackstone. I love camping and have many wonderful memories of trips and fun times spent with our grandkids! My husband Roger and I like to spend time traveling with our 3 greyhounds and hope to someday settle in sunny Florida.

Todd Spayer - Sales Representative

My name is Todd and I have been a sales representative for nearly 25 years now. I enjoy helping customers find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and budget. In my personal life, I am engaged to Denise and we have a wonderful 12 year old son named Elijah. Our son keeps us very busy with his many activities and interests. In the little free time I have, I love spending time with my family, watching wrestling on TV, and taking trips to the charming town of Galena. I take pride in my work and look forward to helping you find the right vehicle very soon.

Aaron Bernstein - Sales Representative

Aaron recently moved to the Illinois Valley area and is eager to assist customers in finding the right vehicle to suit their needs. When not working, Aaron enjoys spending time with his girlfriend exploring local restaurants and hiking trails. As a new resident of the Midwest, Aaron hopes to learn how to play Euchre. Aaron's friendly and knowledgeable approach makes him a valued member of the Illinois Valley Auto Group team.

Evan Taylor - Service Manager

Evan has worked at Illinois Valley Auto Group for 8 years. His favorite part about working here is that he gets to work with his family. Outside of work he likes to work on his pre-runner and take it to the Sand Dunes. He also likes to chill out at home with his wife Ellie and their cats. 

David Kilanowski - Assistant Service Manager

My name is DJ and I work as a Service Advisor at Illinois Valley Auto Group. I have been working in the automotive service industry for over 10 years now, helping customers with all their vehicle needs. When I'm not working, I enjoy riding my Honda Grom motorcycle and skim boarding down at the beach. My family is my whole life! At Illinois Valley Auto Group, my goal is to provide each and every customer with outstanding service, honest advice, and a stress-free experience.

Mike Antle - Service Technician

Mike has worked at Illinois Valley Auto Group for "Many Many Moons." His favorite part about working here is hanging out with his fun coworkers, and getting to fix cars all day. Outside of work he likes to go hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and working on his cars and motorcycles. 

Dave Foster - Service Technician

Dave Foster is a certified Diesel Mechanic that has worked at Illinois Valley Auto Group for 4 years. His favorite part of working at Illinois Valley Auto Group is the people he works with, and the chance to work on different makes and models of cars and trucks. Outside of work he likes to work on his 1930 Model! Rat Rod, 4 wheeling, trail riding, and spending time with his family and kids!
